We verify that the borrower identity matches the supplied name and address of the SSN holder. We electronically process SSA-89 forms with the SSA (Social Security Administration) for GSE compliance using CBSV web services platform.

SSV Services* reports are received in less than 60 minutes. Validation options include death master file check, confirm DOB, authenticity, issue date validity, additional name association, fraud alert, and high-risk factors.
