Fran Settanni joins Service 1st as National Sales Director

Industry veteran has held leadership positions at Factual Data, NCS, and CoreLogic

Service 1st announces today that Fran Settanni has joined Service 1st as National Sales Director. Settanni, a skilled industry professional with over 30 years of credit, fraud prevention, flood, 4506-T, and appraisal experience, will manage existing accounts and grow business nationally. She brings extensive knowledge within the mortgage space to focus on client success and account acquisition for the retail channel of Service 1st.

Prior to joining Service 1st, Settanni was a senior account manager for Factual Data where she continually exceeded her revenue goals. Additionally, she was vital in developing new client relationships and managing multiple product lines for NCS (National Credit-reporting System, Inc.) as a regional account manager for the Midwest and Northeast areas. Settanni also focused on developing and maintaining relationships at Corelogic Credco, exceeding annual sales year over year.

Settanni’s client success management skills bring experiential value to Service 1st’s support team that provides dedicated customer service, fast turn times, and cutting edge-solutions in achieving client business goals. “Joining Service 1st is like coming home to family roots,” comments Settanni. “I’m excited to build new partnerships for a company whose mission aligns with my values: where service and people come first.”

Settanni is member of Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and served as Vice President for the Northwest Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI) from 2001-2008. She is passionate in educating lenders and end consumers, facilitating first-time home buyer seminars locally.
